Receptionist | Administration and Accounts Support

Our Client:

Our client is an expanding national access hire company with three branches offering sales, servicing and hiring support, and have quickly needed to grow their team due to high demand. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and supportive Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for the business. It is a well-rounded position that supports the office and provides general administrative and accounts assistance.

The Role:

  • Manage the high volume switchboard and distribute all incoming calls accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting clients at reception
  • Collecting and distributing mail
  • Basic Accounts Payable/Receivable support
  • All general administration office duties such as typing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, binding, laminating, archiving, printing etc
  • Other ad hoc duties

You:

  • At least one years’ experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience using a switchboard
  • High level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
  • Professional communication and a pleasant phone manner
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Experience using Xero is preferable
