Our client is an large International company with branches in over 140 countries with over 5,000 employees worldwide that specialise in the production of specialist steels and alloys and supplies to the mining and tool manufacturing industries Australia wide.
This is an entry level position where there is no need for prior experience and involves a high level of repetitive data entry, processing client orders and requires a high level of attention to detail on Excel and SAP. The role will develop to a point involving client interaction and quoting.
You will be learning valuable skills in procurement and supply chain and technical knowledge about steel and alloys in a supportive and a family friendly cultured environment.
No specific experience in supply chain and procurement required as training will be provided. You should be reasonably proficient with Excel, have good attention to detail and accuracy and an ability to retain information and follow process.
Salary $50,000 – $55,000 + Super.
Working hours Mon – Fri 7am to 3pm
