Aston carries out thorough reference checks. We personally select a wide range of relevant referees to give a balanced overview of previous performance. During the recruitment process, candidates undergo a thorough interviews, as well as a complete vetting of their CV.

Once the right hire is found, Aston can help with site-specific paperwork; site, safety and policy inductions; and booking relevant courses. We also have regular touch points with candidates and clients throughout any contract.
