- Paid flights from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns to site as well as accommodation while on site will be provided.

The Job:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and fabrication work on fixed plant equipment and structures.
- Contribute to shutdowns and maintenance projects as needed.
- Work within a Projects team, ensuring the smooth operation of mining processes and adhering to safety protocols.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks on a range of fixed plant equipment.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and follow site policies and procedures.
- Be comfortable wearing a respirator when required due to the nature of the work.
The Details:
- $55/hr – $60/hr
- Additional Allowances: Lead Smelter ($3/hr), Nightshift ($5/hr), Underground ($3/hr)

About you:
- Can 6G flux, stick weld, mag particle test and butt weld
- Relevant Trade Certificate
- White Card
- Ability to pass a Mine Site Medical, including Drug & Alcohol testing
- Working At Heights & Confined Space certificates, or willing to get
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket, or willing to get
- Forklift ticket (desirable but not mandatory)
