Duties
- Manufacture components to drawings and instructions as detailed on work orders using CNC machines
- Machines include Mazak, DMG, Doosan, Makino, Breton and HAAS. Our controllers include Heidenhain, TNC, Celos, Fanuc, Pro 3 / Pro 6
- Record details on work orders and sign for completed work
- Measure completed work using hand held gauges
- Ensure components meet customer drawing requirements
- Use electronic work stations to log on and off tasks
- Use of hand tools and equipment
- Carry out operator maintenance on machine as required
- Work as part of as a team using machine defects and work to prevent reoccurrence.

Essential Requirements:
- Cert III Mechanical or Certificate III in Engineering, Trade Qualification
- Must be able to read and understand drawings, including model-based data.
- Read and understand ISO G Code for minor program changes
- Mon to Fri – Day – 6am – 2pm
- Mon to Fri – Afternoon – 2pm 10pm
- Mon to Fri – Night Shift -10pm -6am
