As the Team Leader for Renovation Supplies, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the team of Sales Associates & Showroom Specialists to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer service to our customers.
Duties of the position will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations in the Renovation Supplies department
- Utilising your background and knowledge in renovation design and building supplies to offer your fellow sales staff and customers with technical product knowledge and solutions
- Setting and maintaining high standards with staff training and development while leading and motivating the team
- Driving sales and achieving results within the building supplies area
In return:
- $70k – $75K + Super
- Store hours: Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm / Saturday: 8am – 4pm (rotating roster to cover shifts)
- Opportunity to progress into a leadership role within their management team and or sales and business development team.
