55168 | Electrical Service Manager | $150K + Super + Vehicle and bonus structure
Join a well established electrical contracting business who provide a wide range of commercial electrical contracting services to all levels of government and private industry.
They have a wide range of projects and service contracts locked in over the next 5 years, and need an experience service manager to join the team in Osborne Park.
This is a very fast paced role looking after 5-6 major contracts and managing a team of 10 technicians
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining contract information
- Working within internal and client management systems
- Quoting, estimating , procurement and scheduing
- Coordinating Routine Maintenance with the assistance of a Service Administrator.
- Maintaining compliance and reports.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous contracts or service management experience
- High degree of technical ability
- Previous experience working on Simpro or a similar system is highly desirable.
- Be proactive and solutions focussed.
